Woodmont is a long-running, multi-phase community inside the Town of Smyrna, zoned as a Planned Residential Development and under construction since roughly 2007 across at least nine phases. That history is what makes it unusual: you can buy a 2007 resale, a 2021 townhome, or a 2026 new build in the same neighborhood, on streets including Masters Drive, Oakstone Drive, Paperbirch Drive, Grapevine Loop, Montgomery Way, Winslet Drive, Alderwood Circle, and Millgate Drive.

"Woodmont is in the Stewarts Creek area of Smyrna, and what I like about it is the commute. Interstate 24 is minutes away and the builder puts downtown Nashville under thirty minutes, which is about as good as it gets in Rutherford County. Closer to home, Smyrna has invested in its parks and events. Lee Victory Recreation Park and Gregory Mill Park are both nearby for trails, ball fields, and the greenway, Percy Priest Lake is a short drive, and Sam Ridley Parkway has the restaurants and shopping. In September the town hosts Depot Days downtown, and the Great Tennessee Air Show at Smyrna Airport draws crowds from across the state. With a pool, cabana, and playground inside the community and all of that outside it, Woodmont has been a steady favorite in Smyrna for years. Jackie R. Mills, Veteran REALTOR®"

The community holds both single-family detached homes and attached townhomes, and is neither gated nor age-restricted. R. Horton built an earlier phase that has since closed out.
Across the whole community, active listings have ranged from roughly $310,000 for a townhome to just over $600,000 for new construction, at about $209 a square foot.
Residents share a community pool, a cabana, a playground, and sidewalks throughout, and the Smyrna Planning Commission approved an additional pool and amenity building for Phase 9 off Blue Diamond Drive in May 2025. One practical note: HOA dues are not uniform here.
They vary by phase and by whether you are buying detached or attached, so confirm the figure for the specific address. That is one of several places where Woodmont rewards knowing which phase you are actually in, and I am happy to help sort that out.
